You read that right “Toddler Fitness!”, what does that even mean? Surely someone of 18 months doesn’t even know what fitness is? Well, I was proven wrong and loved every minute of it, especially since I got a workout too.
Every Thursday I have the day with my son, it is my only day off and I always want to make the most of it, sometimes I attend a play group, other times I head out to take advantage of the free tasters but this week we found GT Centre of Sports.

GT Centre of Sport are multi-award winning sports specialists providing high quality sports sessions to primary schools and nurseries. We also provide services to the wider community via our holiday & weekend courses, birthday parties, toddler sessions and our Football Centre of Excellence.
Since the company started in 2007, we have gained a huge amount of knowledge and experience allowing us to know exactly what primary schools and nurseries require for their physical education and how best to provide this.
Why have I decided today to speak about this particular company? The answer is simple. We want the best for our children, we want them to experience as much as we can but how can we do that on very limited time and money. You search local, you search for trust. I have know the man behind the company all of my life and I know he delivers top quality activities. I knew that my son would be safe hands. Lets face it, all we need to know is that our children are safe, having fun and learning new things.
My advice to anyone is to check out the local companies, the companies that care for your children and learn their names because that is important! It isn’t about just taking your money, it is about learning a new skill, making a new friend and that isn’t just for your children, that is for you as well.
My little man listened to instructions, watched the coach, ran like I have never seen him run and waited his turn. It was incredible to watch and I was overwhelmed by him, I was proud of him and I was grateful for GT Centre of Sports for giving us this opportunity.
